Assuring Aircraft Safety

MHIRJ Structures Technicians are on the leading edge of performance assurance. In this position, you’ll perform multiple aircraft maintenance activities on and off the aircraft, like fabricating and/or modifying structures on aircraft parts as well as performing minor structural repairs on composite components. This is a hands-on role that will also have you assisting with hidden damage inspection of aircraft structures, complex structural repairs, and aircraft component repair.

A Multi-Faceted Challenge

As a Structures Technician, you’ll take on new challenges each day. One day you may be removing and installing aircraft components as required, and the next you may be inspecting areas of the airframe or assisting in designing, modifying, and welding the fixtures. Sometimes, you might even operate ground support equipment and assist with maintenance at off-site locations.
